Kundalini Yoga

Breath, movement, and meditation. A one-hour practice for every body, no experience needed.

Tuesdays 9:30 am

May 19th, May 26th - Howey In The Hills, FL

Kundalini yoga works with breath, movement, sound, and meditation to activate and circulate energy through the body. Classes are dynamic and inward-facing. You may move through repetitive sequences, chant, work with breathwork, and sit in deep stillness, sometimes all in the same session.

What emerges is something hard to describe until you've felt it: a sense of aliveness, clarity, and inner expansion that goes well beyond the physical.

What Happens in a Kundalini Class?

Breath (Pranayama)

Breathwork is central to Kundalini practice. Specific breathing techniques are used to move energy, shift mental states, and bring the nervous system into balance.

Movement (Kriya)

Sets of repetitive postures and movements, called kriyas, work systematically on the body and energy system. Presence matters more than flexibility.

Sound (Mantra & Chanting)

Sound is used as a tool. Chanting and mantra work vibrationally, helping to quiet the mind and open what's been held closed.

Stillness (Meditation)

Each class includes periods of meditation and deep rest, space to integrate what the practice has moved and let the body absorb it.
