Jason Grabau

Director of Veteran Initiatives

Jason, a native of Orange County, California, enlisted in the United States Navy in 2004 and was sent to Air Traffic Control school. Over the course of two decades, he was stationed at NAS Fallon (Nevada), aboard the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76), Isa Air Base (Bahrain), NATTC Pensacola (Florida), and NSWSRT-1 as an Unmanned Aerial Systems Operator in support of SEAL Team THREE. He concluded his career at CNATT Pensacola and was medically retired in 2024 due to PTSD and TBI after 20 years of service.

Today, Jason is an outspoken advocate for veterans seeking relief from the psychological and emotional challenges often encountered post service. As Inekawa’s Director of Veteran Initiatives, he leads with vision, compassion, and lived experience, creating programs that empower veterans to reconnect with purpose, community, and a renewed sense of self.
