Retreat Volunteer Program

Retreat volunteers assist with essential logistical tasks during our retreat weekends. This role is supportive and practical. They help ensure the retreat flows smoothly by handling the behind-the-scenes tasks that allow participants to focus on their experience.

Your Role During a Retreat

  • Assist with setup and cleanup

  • Support the kitchen team with prep tasks

  • Restock supplies + keep common areas tidy

  • Guide participants toward staff when they need assistance

  • Light cleaning during breaks

  • Provide general logistical support

For safety and familiarity with the retreat environment, this program is available to individuals who have previously attended an Inekawa retreat.

Eligibility

Requirements:

  • Must complete a brief training and orientation

  • Must follow all safety and boundaries protocols

  • Must be substance-free during the retreat weekend

  • Must understand this is a supportive-only role

  • Must be 18 or older
