Leadership

Brad serves as Inekawa’s retreat leader and the spiritual leader of the Inekawa Conscious Awakening Center.
His journey began when he experienced a profound kundalini awakening in 2017. This transformative event ignited a spiritual journey that led him to a deep understanding of the true nature of reality. Now, he dedicates his life to guiding others towards their own awakening and liberation from the constraints of the ego.
Inspired by the teachings of enlightened masters such as Ramana Maharshi, Jesus, Buddha, and Nisargadatta, Brad offers a compassionate and insightful approach to spiritual inquiry. He helps individuals explore the depths of their consciousness, dissolve self-limiting beliefs, and ultimately realize their inherent oneness with the universe.

Kala serves as the Vice President and COO of the Inekawa Foundation. With a background in empowerment and trauma support, she brings both heart and structure to Inekawa’s mission.
Her journey began in 2021 with a deep calling that led her to ayahuasca, an experience that helped her release the weight of the past and open to a path of embodied awareness. Since then, she has dedicated herself to helping others reconnect with themselves and embody their true being.
As a retreat facilitator and certified trauma support specialist, Kala supports women and community members in restoring wholeness and deepening connection with themselves. At Inekawa, she oversees operations and community development, ensuring every offering is held with care and integrity.

MESSAGE FROM OUR CO-FOUNDER
“Awakening isn’t what we think and can’t be accomplished through more doing”
Awakening isn't a destination reached through effort or will. It's a profound letting go, a dissolution of the illusory "me." As this false self fades, one realizes their true nature: boundless and interconnected with all that is. In this moment of liberation, free from the chains of desire and need, the magical unfolding of existence reveals itself. This is the real you and has always been you. This is true freedom.
