Christy Siena

Co-Founder ~ Board Member ~ Medic

Christy is a board member of the Inekawa Foundation, where she brings nearly two decades of service as a firefighter and licensed Paramedic in the state of Florida. At retreats, Christy serves as the on-site medic, providing Basic Life Support (BLS) care and ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of all participants.

After almost 20 years in emergency services, Christy retired as a Lieutenant—yet the weight of trauma, loss, and unprocessed grief followed her long after the uniform came off. Years of battling PTSD and depression led her to rely on alcohol and medication as ways to cope. Her life changed when she discovered Ayahuasca, a sacred path that invited her to meet her pain directly—with courage, presence, and compassion.

Today, Christy lives free from alcohol and medication, grounded in a life of authenticity, connection, and purpose. Her transformation became the foundation for co-creating Inekawa. Through her work, Christy embodies the possibility of deep recovery and devotes herself to supporting others as they rediscover their wholeness.
