Integration + Support Groups

Grounding the Journey

The journey doesn’t end when a retreat concludes—it deepens as you bring insights, clarity, and new ways of being into everyday life. Integration is the process of grounding transformation into daily rhythms, relationships, and choices.

At Inekawa, support groups are open to everyone—not only those who have attended a retreat. Whether you are continuing your journey with us or simply seeking a supportive community, our groups and sessions provide welcoming spaces to reflect, connect, and grow. Every participant is invited into ongoing support at no additional cost, ensuring that the path of awakening is not walked alone.

Weekly Integration Groups

Our Free Weekly Integration Calls provide a compassionate space to share, stay connected, deepen your understanding, and apply the lessons of your retreat in a powerful, sustainable way.

Calls are held every week via Zoom.

Private Integration Sessions

For those seeking more personalized support, one-on-one sessions are available online via Zoom. These sessions provide a safe and focused space to reflect, integrate insights, and navigate life after retreat with individualized guidance.

60-minute session: $150 (sliding scale available)

Thanks to donor support, scholarships and sliding-scale options help us keep these sessions accessible to anyone who needs them.

Integration is a lifelong practice—and it belongs to everyone. That’s why our groups are open to all, regardless of whether you’ve attended a retreat. With donor support, we’re able to keep these spaces free and accessible as part of our wider mission to foster healing, community, and conscious awakening.

  • Integration is essential for grounding and making sense of the insights, emotions, and revelations experienced during an Inekawa retreat. Without proper integration, these powerful shifts may fade or become difficult to incorporate into daily life. Through integration, you can process these experiences, allowing them to transform your perspective, behavior, and overall sense of purpose in a lasting way.

  • During our weekly integration calls, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your experiences in a safe, supportive group setting. These calls allow you to share insights, receive guidance, and connect with others who are on similar journeys. With the help of our integration coaches, you’ll explore ways to bring the retreat’s teachings into your daily life and maintain the growth you experienced.

  • Our Awakening Talks focus on exploring the profound, often spiritual insights gained during the retreat, with an emphasis on embodying these insights as part of a larger journey toward awakening and self-realization. These sessions are designed to foster an ongoing connection to inner wisdom, encouraging participants to integrate this awareness into everyday life.

In contrast, traditional integration coaching often centers on addressing specific psychological challenges and managing the mental and emotional shifts that can arise after expansive experiences.

While both approaches support integration, the awakening talks emphasize a holistic, spiritual perspective on growth and transformation, whereas traditional coaching may have a more structured or therapeutic-type focus on specific personal goals.

  • Integration is ongoing. Many participants find value in staying connected weekly or monthly to sustain growth and community.

  • Yes. Private sessions provide individualized guidance tailored to your personal journey. To book a session, send us an email at info@inekawa.org with your preferred coach and we will be in touch.
