Our Classes
Kundalini Yoga near Clermont
Kundalini yoga works with breath, movement, sound, and meditation to activate and circulate energy through the body. Classes are dynamic and inward-facing. You may work with chanting, breathwork, repetitive movement, and periods of stillness, often in the same session.
Kundalini yoga is known for being accessible regardless of physical flexibility or prior yoga experience. What it asks of you is presence and a willingness to show up.
No experience necessary. Come as you are.
Yin Yoga near Clermont
Yin yoga works with slow, sustained holds, typically three to five minutes per posture, targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body rather than the muscles. Classes held in Howey-in-the-Hills are quiet, still, and deeply restorative.
Where many movement practices ask you to push, yin asks you to soften. It is a natural complement to more active or spiritual work, and a practice many in our Central Florida community return to again and again as a way of grounding and integrating.
Open to all levels. Particularly well-suited for those carrying stress, fatigue, or anyone simply in need of rest.
