Angela is from New Orleans, Louisiana, and her journey toward healing began three years ago when she was guided to Ayahuasca and embraced by a loving, supportive community that changed her life.
Through her own transformative healing, she discovered a profound connection between how she nourishes her soul and how she nourishes her body. This same journey allowed her to find healing through cooking and ignited a passion to serve others through this process. Just as we seek to feed our spirit with peace, love, and light, she believes our bodies, the sacred vessels of the soul, deserve to be nurtured with that same reverence and intention.
Every dish Angela prepares during our sacred retreat weekends is an offering, infused with love, gratitude, mindfulness, and the intention to support each participant’s healing journey. The love and presence this community has given her continue to inspire her to give back through the art of nourishment.
To Angela, cooking is more than a craft. It is a hymn to the soul. Each ingredient and each flavor is a note in a greater song of awakening, reminding us that when we nourish the body with love, the soul sings in harmony.
