Kundalini Yoga - May 12th

  • Inekawa Foundation 10215 Gopher Road Howey-in-the-Hills, FL, 34737 United States (map)

Kundalini yoga works with breath, movement, sound, and meditation to activate and circulate energy through the body. Classes are dynamic and inward-facing. You may work with chanting, breathwork, repetitive movement, and periods of stillness, often in the same session.

Kundalini yoga is known for being accessible regardless of physical flexibility or prior yoga experience. What it asks of you is presence and a willingness to show up.

No experience necessary. Come as you are.

Our yoga classes are held indoors at Inekawa’s Sanctuary in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida, just minutes from Clermont. Sessions run around 60 minutes.

Classes are offered at no cost, with donations welcome to support our yoga programs.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move and rest in. Bring a water bottle. We’ve got the yoga mats and props.

First-time attendees complete a one-time waiver before their first class. It covers all Inekawa community events including yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, so you only need to do it once. Complete your waiver here.
